What we collect and why

• Design partner applications (name, work email, organization, investor type, portfolio size, message) and emails you send us. We use them to reply and to discuss a partnership.
• Sign-in to app.carota.vc (email, sign-in records). We use them to give invited users access and keep the app secure.
• Anonymous, aggregated site statistics, used to improve the site.

You are not legally required to give us this data. Without it, we cannot answer your application or give you access to the app.

Data about portfolio companies uploaded by customers is governed by the customer agreement, not this policy.

Who receives it

Our service providers for hosting, email, forms and analytics, acting on our instructions, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Retention

We keep personal data for 12 months after we last used it, then delete it.

Cookies

Only those needed to keep you signed in to app.carota.vc. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You may ask to see your data, correct it or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to lev.f@carota.vc
